If you’re like me, you are totally against these Data Centers popping up everywhere. They seem to be infinite drains for natural resources. Funny how I don’t hear any climate activists loudly screaming about this, or blocking roads to prevent them from being built.
In case you missed it, the City Council recently shut down plans for a data center in North East Lubbock. Somehow, I feel like that proposal isn’t dead, but is merely being repackaged for a future attempt. I sure hope we stay vigilant about this.
