Earthing or Grounding
Earthing (or Grounding) is the practice of putting your bare feet or other body parts in contact with the earth for the purpose of shedding unwanted electrical particles and taking in electrons from the earth itself.
The Practice is said to help lower inflammation. It sounds “woo woo” but when I tried today, I did notice a lessening of muscle and joint pain, as well as increased feelings of relaxtion and “destressing”.
