Mrs. Billie Caviel was an important member of the Lubbock community, and their legacy is firmly planted. We also take heart that, as evidenced by the wisdom and talent on display at her homegoing ceremony, our community is still in excellent hands. We may be saddened by this loss, but we have every reason to look forward to a bright future, made possible by the firm foundation provided by the Caviel family.
