I watch PBS and listen to NPR for a great deal of news. There are many news outlets that report information incorrectly, leave out key facts or simply lie. Fox News employs all of those tactics. I would never advocate or say all news is correct and good all of the time. However we need news. We need to watch news and it is our duty as Americans to learn and pay attention to what is going on in our country. Most news media is owned by a few people and /or corporations. That is not at all a democratic process or system.
