This week the Too Dope Duo, Rob and Kham tell you which genre bending musician is on his way to Lubbock to perform. And did you know LBK has it’s own Oktoberfest? Well, if you want some beer and brats, check out The Rotary Club of Metropolitan Lubbock.
Moonlight Musicals has something interesting on deck if you want to catch a good movie in the park. For all you music lovers, Lil Keke provides the soundtrack for this week’s “What Chu Bumpin’”.
And since this is October, you know Rob and Kham come with something a little spooky. In Words from the Elders, they listen to a paranormal tale from Rob’s Grandpa, Robert Jenkins, Sr. Later, they blend that story it with a true life ghost story and go “Down the Prairie Dog Hole” to kick off the season of Samhain just right.
Finally, a shout out the Jayde Trade for providing Southwest Digest themed clothing. Hit them up if you want an SWD T-shirt, or any kind of custom-printed clothing, cups, or just about anything. They got skills on the Cricut.
