Out and About
The word "inclusive" sparks a discussion on just how important being inclusive is. Do we exaggerate the need to be inclusive? Should other people strive to do things to make people of color feel "included"? Just because one thing makes some people of color feel included, does that apply to all people of color, or are each of us individuals with our own set of preferences?

I know y'all remember that joint "I'll be Good To You" by Renee and Angela? It came out back in 1985 or so. Sit down a minute and enjoy the good vibes as Rob and Kham discuss that song, as well as other hits from the "Jheri Curl Music" genre.
That's what we call that funky 80's music that, as soon as you hear it, you know somebody in the band got a Jheri Curl! (probably the bassist, at minimum!)

This could be a “Words From the Elders” section as well, since the story comes from Rob’s paternal Grandma, Dorothy Parker. She was a huge influence. They say you are never truly gone unless you are also forgotten, so it is our pleasure to pass this on to you, and give Grandma Dorothy a voice once again.
