The Focus LBK Show SE1 EP49: Reggie Dial on the Importance of the Skilled Trades

What’s good LBK? We had a great conversation this week with Mr. Reggie Dial, President of 100 Black Men of West Texas and the Founder of EL ROBI, The East Lubbock Resident Owned Business Initiative.

We are down 100% with the need to publicize the importance of getting young folks into the skilled trades. College is not for everyone, and skilled trades are just as demanding and perhaps even more in demand than many white collar jobs.

We have several near millionaire friends, and all of them are skilled tradesmen who started their own businesses. If you are a young person looking for a career, hit up El ROBI today.

We did have some video issues toward the end of the episode, but the audio is crisp and the conversation is super informative.
